Two pathways, deliberately separate
Intensives are offered in two forms. They are not variations of the same service — they differ in scope, in what may be addressed, and in who may participate.
Pathway One
Therapy Intensive
A clinical service for appropriate psychotherapy clients. For American women living abroad, Therapy Intensive eligibility is reviewed individually based on citizenship, residency, physical location during the Intensive, clinical appropriateness, and applicable practice requirements.
Includes clinical assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic work within a professional treatment relationship.
Pathway Two
Coaching Intensive
A non-clinical service for appropriate coaching clients — forward-facing work on capacity, boundaries, leadership, stewardship, and purpose.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, is not psychotherapy, and is available to women worldwide.
Before an intensive
Most women benefit from understanding the framework first. Capacity restoration is not about acquiring the stamina to carry more — it is about examining the load.

American women living abroad may still have access to REIGNITE Intensive experiences.
