Insurance & Payment Options
REIGNITE Wellness Collective™ offers both insurance-based psychotherapy and private-pay options. Coverage and eligibility vary by plan and service.
Insurance
REIGNITE is in-network with select Aetna and Optum-affiliated plans.
Depending on the client’s specific plan, this may include plans associated with UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, Oscar, UMR, or Harvard Pilgrim.
Insurance participation does not guarantee that every plan or service is covered.
Benefits and eligibility should be verified before services begin.
Private Pay
Some clients choose private pay for greater privacy, flexibility, or because they prefer not to use insurance.
Private pay may also provide greater flexibility when selecting services, session formats, or immersive experiences that may not be covered by insurance.
Private payment does not override licensing requirements. Therapy can only be provided when Shannon is legally permitted to practice with the client based on the circumstances of the service.
Therapy Fees
REIGNITE offers private-pay psychotherapy for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose services are not being billed through an insurance plan. Private pay allows us to determine the appropriate frequency and format of care based on your clinical needs rather than insurance coverage requirements.

Initial Therapy Assessment
$225
A comprehensive first session focused on understanding your current concerns, relevant history, goals for therapy, and the whole-person context surrounding what you are experiencing. Together, we will begin identifying clinical priorities and determining an appropriate direction for treatment.
50 minutes
Individual Therapy
$175
Ongoing individual psychotherapy tailored to your treatment goals using evidence-based clinical approaches and a whole-person perspective.
75 minutes
Extended Therapy Session
$250
An extended psychotherapy session available when additional time would be clinically beneficial for deeper processing, complex concerns, or focused therapeutic work. Availability and appropriateness are determined individually.
Using Insurance
REIGNITE is in-network with select Aetna and Optum-affiliated plans. When insurance is used, your financial responsibility is determined by your individual plan and may include a copay, coinsurance, deductible, or other applicable cost-sharing.
The private-pay rates listed above do not necessarily represent what an insured client will owe for covered services.
Insurance eligibility and benefits are verified based on the client’s specific plan and circumstances. Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment or coverage.
Therapy While Living Abroad
Private-pay rates are the same for eligible therapy clients regardless of whether they are receiving services domestically or internationally.
Living abroad does not automatically establish eligibility for therapy. Cross-border therapy must be legally and clinically appropriate based on the client’s physical location, applicable jurisdictional requirements, and other relevant factors.
REIGNITE participates with select Aetna and Optum-affiliated plans. Coverage for services received while physically outside the United States depends on your individual benefits and circumstances, must be verified before services begin, and is not guaranteed. Private pay may be available when therapy is otherwise legally and clinically appropriate, though paying privately does not override applicable practice requirements.
Payment
Credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment or applicable client responsibility is due according to the terms provided during scheduling and intake.

The REIGNITE™ Capacity Restoration Intensive
Some things need more room than a traditional therapy or coaching session allows.
The REIGNITE™ Capacity Restoration Intensive is a private four-hour immersive experience designed for women who need protected space to step outside the pace of everyday life, understand what is consuming their capacity, and determine what needs restoration, restructuring, or change.
Two distinct pathways are available
Therapy Capacity Restoration Intensive
An extended psychotherapy experience for eligible clients when mental health symptoms, emotional distress, chronic stress, relational or behavioral patterns, or other clinical concerns are part of what is consuming their capacity.
Coaching Capacity Restoration Intensive
A non-clinical, forward-focused experience for women who are functioning relatively well but are ready to intentionally change how they are living, leading, carrying, prioritizing, and stewarding their capacity.
