Four uninterrupted hours, designed entirely around one woman's life — what it is asking of her, what it is costing her, and what could reasonably change.
Not a longer appointment
Fifty minutes is often enough to describe a life, and rarely enough to examine one. The Intensive exists because the women we serve tend to spend the first half of any conversation reporting on everyone else.
Extended time changes what becomes possible: the full picture in one sitting, patterns visible across domains rather than in fragments, and space to arrive at conclusions rather than schedule them for later.
You don't need more capacity to carry everything. You need to reconsider what you're carrying.
Two pathways, never blended
Clinical
Therapy Intensive
For appropriate psychotherapy clients where Shannon is legally permitted to provide therapy. Includes clinical assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic work within a professional treatment relationship.
Currently available where licensure permits — Texas and New Jersey — determined by your physical location at the time of service.
Non-clinical
Coaching Intensive
For appropriate non-clinical coaching clients. Forward-facing work on capacity, boundaries, leadership, stewardship, rhythm, and purpose.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not psychotherapy. It may be available more broadly, subject to applicable requirements.
What the day may include
- A pre-intensive intake to understand the terrain before we begin
- A full mapping of current demands across every domain of your life
- Examination of overfunctioning, boundaries, and invisible labor
- Identity and season work drawn from the REIGNITE Method™
- Whole-person considerations: rest, nourishment, movement, spiritual practice
- Faith integration where you want it — never as a condition
- A written plan for the weeks following
- A follow-up conversation to review what held and what did not
Determining fit
Every intensive begins with a consultation to determine which pathway — if either — is appropriate. Where therapy is indicated but licensure does not permit it in your location, we will tell you directly rather than substituting coaching.
